The Sevantilal Kantilal School of Business Management (SKSBM) was established in the tenth anniversary year of the University in 1996 to make a distinct contribution to the cause of management education and research. The institute owes its deference to the Sevantilal Kantilal Trust, Mumbai for its benevolent and munificent donation of Rs.36 lakhs towards the construction of an exclusive building. 

The MBA Programme with an intake of 60 students is duly approved by All India Council For Technical Education, New Delhi and funded by University Grant Commission & the Government of Gujarat. Over the past six years of its existence, the school has established as a centre of excellence in management education in the area. Currently, it runs a  two year full-time post-graduate  programme: M.B.A.,  and a part-time doctoral programme leading to Ph.D. in Management. Through these programmes, we have gained reputation as a premier management education centre of North Gujarat.

We are living in a time andage, full of excitement, challenges and  opportunities, uncertainties and chaos, and networking and hopes. In such a dynamic era, there is a need for management by design and not by default. In this context, institute running management courses has the responsibilities for bringing out mature individuals with high sense of commitment to the profession with an urge for excellence.

The MBA programme at SKSBM was launched in the 10th anniversary year of the North Gujarat University (1996) in order to meet the requirement of business organization and industries. SKSBM is today one the leading centers providing management education with the ethics and values as the driving force.

It is heartening to know that with in a short period, the institute has established itself and got recognition by the leading National and Multinational Business Organization who have selected our students. We thank Industry for the overwhelming support and confidence reposed in us.
